How to connect your Woocommerce store to the Popify app? [troubleshooting]

If you followed the step by step guide, watched the welcome video and you are facing issues to create popups, check our troubleshooting guide below:


1. From the Popify dashboard, click on your store url and make sure that you're store is connected:

If it's not connected:

make sure that you downloaded and installed the Popify plugin at your wordpress site:

2. If you don't see any Popups at your store, please make sure you created at least one popup and its not disabled

3. If you still don't see the popups at your store, make sure that you have sufficient credits on your account. If your credits ran out, you will need to upgrade your plan in order to start showing the popups again.
